Residents of Auckland’s Te Atatū Peninsula say over the summer, up to 50 cars park up at the Concourse in nearby Henderson, where they blast music throughout the night. One Te Atatū resident said locals were at “breaking point”, and there was talk of a vigilante group getting together, Stuff reports. “We can’t eat outside and enjoy the lovely evenings, kids get woken up at 2am in the morning. We shouldn’t have to live like this,” said one local.
