The fifth annual multi-ethnic dance festival was in full swing at Victory Convention Centre in Auckland on Saturday. Hosted by the Nepalese Cultural Centre New Zealand, the free event sees more than 250 performers of various ethnic backgrounds. Labour MP Michael Wood is a regular attendee, saying the festival is “a really important platform for people to share their culture, [and] get to know one another.”
