Auckland’s Western Springs College on alert after intruder tries to enter building

Auckland’s Western Springs College students have been advised to walk home in groups after an intruder entered the grounds, Stuff reports. In an email sent out to staff and parents, principal Ian Davis said the person was “intercepted” on the school site after trying to enter buildings. The email also confirmed that police and neighbouring schools had been notified about the incident and all access points to the school had been secured.
