An Auckland mansion belonging to King Charles III has been put on the market for the first time in 72 years, Newshub reports. The heritage mansion, situated on the north-west fringe of Auckland – 25 Clark Road in Hobsonville – was inherited by the new monarch from his late mother, Queen Elizabeth II. Howeverm new owners will be required to meet Heritage New Zealand regulations to preserve the building; there are a number of restrictions and responsibilities that come with owning a rare heritage property.
