Prized jerseys donated by the Warriors’ number one fan have been stolen in a ram raid at Mt Smart Stadium, RNZ reports. Sir Peter Leitch, better known as the Mad Butcher, said he is shattered after 14 jerseys which he had donated to the stadium were taken. Among them were Awen Guttenbeil’s testimonial jersey, and others signed by former captains Stacey Jones and Steve Price. “You can’t buy jerseys like that, they’re precious,” Leitch said.
