Flights out of Auckland Airport were delayed on Wednesday, Newshub reports, after a person shot at police while fleeing from an aggravated robbery. Counties Manukau CIB detective inspector Karen Bright said the eagle helicopter was deployed to monitor the car, after a shot from the vehicle was fired at police who were in pursuit. Bright said two people were arrested and police recovered a gun from the vehicle.
