East Health Trust and the Howick Village Association have teamed up to organise a free health expo next Friday, Times reveals. The Interactive Health Expo will offer a range of information and activities, including mental health awareness, blood pressure/heart checks, checklist for immunisations, and a ‘see how much fat/sugar is in your food’ session. The event will run from 9.30am-2.30pm on Friday, September 30 at Howick Market Place.
