Carloads of would-be thieves foiled by Four Square owner’s security

A reinforced steel roller door with padlocks inside and out meant a failed break-in attempt for nine would-be thieves overnight, NZ Herald reports. Security camera footage from outside Kharag Singh’s store in Goodwood Heights, Manurewa, showsa group trying to gain access to the shop. Singh has owned the large store for 27 years, and has significantly improved security at the store over the years. “This all costs a lot of money, though, and some shop-owners cannot afford to do it,” he says.
