An Auckland woman’s pleas to the council over months of a neighbouring housing development restricting access and services to her property have gone unanswered, Newsroom reveals. Agnes Chow’s Pakuranga property has so far suffered damaged water pipes, power cuts, a blocked driveway and a ruined lawn. The flight attendant has even found herself on the phone with noise control well after midnight, with construction work carrying on a mere 3m from her bedroom. But despite monthsreaching out to Auckland Council, Auckland Transport and Watercare numerous times, the chaos has continued unabated.
