Deli di Bossi is nestled at the bottom of the Pacifica building, on Auckland’s Commerce Street, Stuff reveals. Owner Jenna Carter learnt everything she knows from her Italian-born grandmother, whom she called ‘Nonna’. Carter brings her two children Vincent, 8, and Sienna, 10, into Deli di Bossi every Monday, and they have fun doing the dishes and helping out around the kitchen. Sous chef Mauro Tavares’ passion is baking, and some of his best includes the gorgeous cannoli with a traditional light, zesty ricotta filling, dipped in chocolate or pistachio.
