All of Auckland’s dams are nearly 100% full for the first time in five years, Stuff reports. The current storage total for all the dams across Auckland was currently sitting at 99.93% and WaterCare said the last time the dams reached 100% was in winter, 2017. Only two years ago, Auckland saw a record-breaking drought and dam levels in the area fell from 90% down to less than 50% in the space of six months. WaterCare supplies more than 400 million litres of water to Aucklanders every day.
