The Court of Appeal is taking a dim view of a case pivoting to new arguments about misrepresentations and half-truths, Newsroom Pro reports. The unravelling of business deals between Neville Mahon and Tim Edney have been the subject of several court cases. At the centre of the latest case is Auckland’s Arena Hotel – in 2010 it was in a terrible condition, “with regular flooding, unsanitary overflows of sewage and falling masonry”.
