An Auckland mum who lost her young son in an accident days before Christmas had to make the “hardest decision” to let him go as doctors sought to save him, Stuff reports. Roxana Harsant’s 2-year-old son Harry had been outside their home in Sunnyvale, West Auckland, when the incident occurred on December 22. A week-long tangihanga was held for Harry after Christmas Day, and he was buried wearing a Spider-Man swimsuit he was meant to get as a Christmas present.
