A water park owner is pulling the plug on the popular attraction after a “disgusting” display of violence towards a lifeguard, Stuff reports. Waterworld Water Park has three floating bouncy castles set up at beaches across Auckland over summer. On Tuesday night, a lifeguard who had been patrolling the Maraetai beach water park after hours was “bashed” by a group of people who refused to listen to the rules. About 50 people illegally broke into the water park while hundreds partied on Maraetai beach.
