Henderson Green, a new housing development, has already constructed 38 high-quality townhouses, Auckland Council reports. Three apartment buildings containing 78 apartments are set to follow. The project has turned unused council land into a mix of housing to provide much needed new homes for people, close to key local destinations. “We are definitely seeing more interest and investment in Henderson and increased housing delivery and density,” says John Carter, Priority Location Director at Eke Panuku.
