Four Auckland vaccine centres to close, staff redeployed to other sites

Four Covid-19 vaccination centres are set to close in Auckland as the vaccine strategy shifts towards harder to reach groups, Stuff reports. The four sites – in Albany, Epsom, Highbrook, and the CBD – will close between November 29 and December 19, and staff will be redeployed to other sites run by DHB and Māori and Pacific providers. Pop-up centres and primary health providers, such as GPs, will be used in place of mass vaccination sites.
