Auckland Council has listed Albert-Eden’s local heroes, with Albert-Eden Local Board Chair, Margi Watson, noting that acknowledging our local heroes is important. They are members of the Auckland community who have stepped up and showed incredible strength and selflessness in supporting other people. Some of the awardees were Toccara Isara, Craig Humberstone and Shane Warbrooke to name a few.
