Medsafe’s Medicine Assessment Advisory Committee will meet today to decide whether or not to approve Pfizer’s vaccine, Newshub reports. Data from Pfizer’s clinical trials, as well as from other countries which have already been using the vaccine under emergency situations, will be used in making the decision. If Medsafe approves the Pfizer product, the final say will then go to the government, with a ministerial group set to meet on Wednesday.
