Employment Relations Authority ordered Kiwi Plaza to pay its former sales assistant $15,000 after the worker was unjustifiably dismissed for an alleged theft of hand cream, Stuff reports. Wei Xia Li began working for Kiwi Plaza, a company that operates four Auckland stores selling New Zealand-made goods including health and beauty products, in 2002. She worked there for a year before taking a long stint elsewhere, returning to the company in 2014.
