A home on Great South Rd, Papakura was shot at in the early hours of Sunday morning, Stuff reports. No one was injured, and the occupant of the house dropped to the floor as soon as the shooting began. One bullet was found lodged into the home’s kitchen cabinets. Police figures released under the Official Information Act showed there had been 386 firearm offences in Auckland alone since the beginning of the year.
