Fifteen freehold car parks are up for bulk sale in the Auckland CBD, Stuff reports, giving buyers the opportunity to snap up some under-rated, but prime, real estate. The separate title car parks are in the Farmers car park building on Hobson St and it is possible to buy one or more of them. Car parks might not sound glamorous, but they were a sought-after commodity in central Auckland because supply was limited, but demand was high, said City Sales real estate broker Scott Dunn.
