Burnt out laboratory staff working in poor conditions

An organisation for laboratory workers says they are burnt out from operating under poor conditions for the past two years, during the pandemic, NZ Herald reports. The Institute of Medical Laboratory Science is urging only those who are symptomatic and likely to have Covid-19 to get tested for it, saying the “worried well” are clogging the system with unnecessary tests.
