A 31-year-old man has been charged with murder after the death of a man in the Auckland suburb of Albany, RNZ reports. Waitematā CIB detective inspector Aaron Proctor said a man was found with critical injuries and died while being transported to hospital. A second man was taken into custody, and it appears the two men were known to each other. “Police would like to reassure the wider Albany community that we are not currently seeking anyone else in connection with this investigation,” Proctor said.
