The mother-in-law of a woman who refused to wear a mask at a North Shore supermarket while she taunted and filmed workers, says it’s not the first time her daughter-in-law has been involved in incidents during COVID-19 lockdown, Newshub reports. “It’s past embarrassing – it’s just inherently wrong,” the mother-in-law said, adding she is worried about the impact such incidents are having on her grandchildren. “I’d be really happy for the police to take further action because she’s been educated and educated and educated… it’s not even about breaking the law, it’s about doing what’s right for the community.”
